The Paper Trail

Every agenda in Oklahoma. One map.

Every city council, town board, county commission, school board and state board in Oklahoma, with a direct line to the agendas, minutes and recordings they post. Where we hold the documents ourselves, you get every agenda, set of minutes, video, records request and court case in one place. If a board keeps nothing online, we help you demand it.

    Your rights

Every public body must post its agenda at least 24 hours before a regular meeting, not counting weekends and holidays (25 O.S. § 311). You can attend and record any open meeting (25 O.S. § 312). Minutes are public records.

    Not online? Demand it.

Agendas, minutes and recordings are open records under 51 O.S. § 24A. Press “Request records” on any listing and our request builder fills in the agency for you.

    Wrong or missing link?

Boards move their files around. If a link breaks, or your board posts somewhere we missed, tell the tip line and we'll fix it. State bodies also file notices on the state Open Meetings portal.
