How to report an error
Use the Tip Line or the feedback button on any page. Tell us the story, what we got wrong and how you know. Include a link or document if you have one.
What we do
- We review every correction request.
- When we get a fact wrong, we fix the story and add a dated correction note at the end that says what changed.
- For a significant error, we also correct it wherever we shared the story.
- We do not quietly rewrite published stories to hide mistakes.
