Free for founding cities

Apply for City Suite

Agendas, minutes, open records, policies and video redaction in one private workspace. Free for founding cities, towns, counties, school boards and public trusts. Most applications are verified within one business day.

Tell us about your public body

It takes about three minutes. You will confirm your email with a six digit code, and then we verify the public body.

Second official (recommended, speeds approval)

A mayor, manager, board chair or another official who can confirm you are authorized. We email them one short confirmation.

Questions

Who can apply?

Any Oklahoma public body: cities, towns, counties, school districts, public trusts, authorities and state boards. The person applying should be an employee or official who can act for the body, such as a clerk, records custodian, manager or board member.

What does it cost?

City Suite is free during launch for founding cities. Billing is not turned on yet, and nothing here asks for a card.

Do I need an official email?

An email on your own domain, such as clerk@yourtown.gov or .org, is the fastest path because we can match it to your website. If your body uses a different kind of address, add a second official and a listing page and we will work through it with you.

Who can see what we put in City Suite?

Your public body and the people you invite. Guerrilla News is a nonprofit newsroom, and our reporters and editors cannot read your drafts, recordings, executive session material or unshared records requests.

Is this legal advice?

No. Guerrilla News is a nonprofit newsroom. These tools are education and software, not legal advice. Your city attorney remains your legal counsel.

What happens after I apply?

You confirm your email with a code, we verify the public body, and we email you when you are approved. You can check progress any time with your reference number.
